A booking fee of R250 is required to secure your consultation appointment. Your
booking is only confirmed once this fee has been paid in full.

Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment once free of charge with
more than 2 days' notice.

Cancellations: If you cancel your appointment for any reason, the R250 booking
fee is non-refundable and will be forfeited.

Each 90-minute consultation is tailored to your needs and guided by one of our expert bridal stylists. During your session, we’ll discuss your vision, explore different silhouettes and help you discover the gown that feels made for you.

Once payment is received and your request is submitted, our team will be in touch within 24 hours to confirm your appointment details.

We encourage brides to bring along a few trusted loved ones to share in this special moment. To ensure fairness and availability, we kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any changes or cancellations, allowing us to offer your slot to another awaiting bride.
